New CPYVL Web Site

Thank you for visiting the new Cincinnati Premier Youth Volleyball League web site.  Here is some information about new features available on this web site.

New Website Changes

• No More Portal: We have removed the Coordinator and Coach Portal pages from the web site.  All functions that you need will be available under the Coordinator and Coach option on the Portals menu.
• Score Reporting: Coordinators are now able to report scores for any of their teams whether a score has already been submitted or not (i.e. you can now correct scores)
• Facilities: Coordinators are now able to edit information about the facilities they provide for league play
• Organization Settings: Coordinators can now maintain certain settings about your organization (i.e. main contact info, fall/spring league participation, and coach roster editing).  You can also see if your organization has filled out the Organization Agreement.
• Player Waivers: We have implemented a player waiver system for Coordinators to submit a request for a non-community player to play for one of your teams.
• Coach Roster Editing: An organization can now allow their coaches to update roster entries with jersey numbers
• Subscriptions: When a coordinator account is created, that account is automatically subscribed to game change notifications for all of your teams.  When a coach account is created, that account is automatically subscribed to game change notifications for their team.  Subscriptions can be maintained from a tab on your user page (accessible by clicking on your name at the top of the web site after you have logged in).
• Quick Access:  Quick links available on the front page of the web site and easy access to Rules and Liability Waivers on the very top of the web site
